The sleek and modern Hotel MIM is a perfect spot for relaxation and luxury, with great views of the Mediterranean Sea from its rooftop terrace. The hotel features a trendy restaurant as well as a bar, making it the perfect place to spend a summer night. The spa provides plenty of treatments to help you get pampered, and there are also several nearby beaches to explore.
Very good hotel with friendly staff. We liked our room very much during our stay of seven days. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Both spa and gym are great and to drink wine on the rooftop.. simply amazing. Sitges is a very nice town with plenty of good restaurants.

Had a lovely stay at the MiM Sitges. The team were really friendly and super helpful. The room was much bigger than we expected and the interior design was well thought out. Roof top restaurant and pool area were well worth enjoying. Thank you to our reception staff for the help with the travel arrangements for our airport trip. We will be back.

Excellent location. Wonderful views from the rooftop pool and bar. Spa was perfect way to begin the day. Upgraded Jr. Suite was roomy and comfortable.

I thought this was a very nice hotel when reading the reviews and checking out the pictures but just on the first day I realized that in our room the curtains had halls they been unable to close and having any international tv channels beside two news channels was all what the Hotel had to offer on entertainment. At the end we used chrome cast for YouTube but being in a holiday resort I am shocked about this poor service. Breakfast was a disaster. You will not find any fresh vegetables in this Hotel. The food is always the same boring day by day the same. Not best quality. We asked for fresh cucumbers and tomatoes and have been told they don’t have even previously advised by the GM we could simply ask for it. This only profs that the GM doesn’t know his own operation. I mean cucumbers and tomatoes in Spain is basic. However a huge request that even offended the staff. I felt super unwelcome after this. The rooftop got super early crowded and there was not enough sun beds. This Hotel is overrated for what it is and our 3star Hotel in Barcelona had a better Breakfast than this Hotel.. For us the stay was disappointing and I don’t recommend this Hotel to any vegans neither to any people who wants to stay for longer time. It’s okay for a weekend maybe. It was super clean and housekeeping was doing a great job.

The location is superb and it's a nice, new, and well appointed hotel. I very much enjoyed my stay. The breakfast could be improved. I found it rather basic compared to other Spanish hotels; also the hot food platters were empty just about every single day. It would sometimes take a while to replenish and the breakfast staff seemed overly flustered.

Although it's a beautiful hotel, it's showing aging. Panels taped up peeling wallpaper and dead plants outside our window. For most of our two week stay, the second elevator was out.The saving grace is the staff. They are the best! Especially Gina and Leo, they went above and beyond. Blanca and Paula in the restaurant were also great. It was great seeing a person with a disability working in the front of the house. We have a coworker with downsyndrome who also works with the publicThe location is close to the beach, but you are isolated from loud noise

I love this hotel; comfortable room & bed, GORGEOUS rooftop bar/ restaurant (view 5/5, food 4/5 stars). Lovely, helpful & friendly staff.Only improvements I would suggest are lay down beds by the pool (right now there are just 1 or 2 recliners, not full sun beds) & unlimited coffee (or increased allowance) in premier rooms- X2 capsules for X2 night stay seems ungenerous considering premier rate…But! Location great & spa OUTSTANDING!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mim hotel in Sitges. The location is perfect with just a few minutes walk to the beach. Breakfast was very good. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The spa experience was really top class. The only issue we had was access to the pool and pool bar. It was closed for private functions on 3 occasions and this is just not good enough.

Great staff, super friendly and proffessional. We also used the meeting rooms and were very happy about the facilities there. Big space and alright technology. For such a beach city really a great experience.

Great room, clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Good location and breakfast. Chilled out bar and pool on the roof. Only annoyance was the minutes coffee pod provided and no complimentary water.

All the excellent services of a 5 star hotel in a boutique hotel size experience. The staff couldn’t be kinder and more attentive; the spa and hydrotherapy circuit a welcome daily relaxation; location exactly ideal to be quiet but right near the beach and promenade, cafes, shops and downtown. I will definitely look forward to returning to Sitges and MIM, I hope soon!

Good location, near the beach and close to the city center. Friendly staff but the hotel need a major maintenance / renovation. Carpet is dirty, the door of the cabinet inside the room not working properly, furniture not in good condition anymore.

Beautiful Hotel. Amazing Spa. Wonderful Rooftop Bar. Alex at front Desk was super efficient with a outstanding manner. Thank you Hotel MiM Sitges for making our Holiday So Special. 🙏 Also Ramon was so informative to my needs with such a pleasant demeanour. Ramon was very understanding, a very educated young man.

We were really impressed by the friendliness, cleanliness and atmosphere of Hotel MIM. The Hotel smells nice, feels nice and this allows you to relax immediately. Will definitely be returning. Location is great too - very near to the beach and the town.

We absolutely love the MiM, we’ve stayed many times and have stayed in the privilege, superior and junior suite rooms! This time it was a junior suite and it was beautiful! The bed was huge and very comfortable, the bath was spacious and the bathroom was perfectly equipped with a large standing shower room, bath, two sinks, and toilet. There was lots of space and the cleaning staff are excellent and looked after us. The reception staff are super friendly and helpful, thank you team! The hydro spa area and gym are perfect for your travelling needs, one request for the gym would be to have a few more heavier dumbbells, even going up to 15 or 20kg instead of stopping at 10kg would be amazing!! We didn’t have the breakfast on this trip, but we’ve had it in the past and enjoyed it! The upstairs bar and pool is fab and we used it frequently and made some new friends. The bar and food service is excellent and the menu is great! MiM is genuinely one of my favourite hotels we’ve ever visited as it has an excellent location in Sitges and has everything we need! One even better if regarding the pool area would be to replace the box seating with some more of the sun loungers! Thank you for looking after us team - we’ll be back for sure!

The staff are friendly and welcoming. This is not a 4-star hotel. Very tired and dated room finishes, gym is lackluster, and rooftop pool is surrounded by restaurant guests.

Great hotel. Personnel is very amicable, professional and approachable. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. Great location to the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. Amazing experience! I hope to stay here again in the near future . Thanks for everything!

MIM is an amazing hotel. Great rooms, great staff, great service, honestly could not fault it at all. Only thing to note is that the pool is much smaller and shallower than you expect. However just go to the beach, it’s only a minute away! Will certainly be back.

Modern, clean and contemporary with very comfy beds, wonderful spa and large rooftop bar with pool and food as well as downstairs bar and large restaurant. Service is great. Location is right by beach and lots of restaurants etc.Parking is €20 p day and involves driving your car into an elevator 😂

Stayed here for the second time, and we love this hotel. Lovely staff, spacious and modern rooms, perfect location. Can't comment on the breakfast or the lunch as we didn't try it this time around. Only thing I would change is the volume of the music on the rooftop. It's too loud.

Great little hotel a block from the beach and easy walking distance to all the restaurants! The hotel also has an awesome rooftop bar & pool, although drinks are a little expensive. Breakfast was good and general service was great. Rooms are adequate. The only things I didn't like is that you need to pay extra to use the gym/ sauna/ steam even if you're a resident... and that you don't get bottled water daily even though we were told it's not advisable to drink tap water. There's a basement for parking but this is with extra payment too.

I arrived to the hotel one hour before my room is ready. I was told that I could leave my bag until my room is ready at 3 PM. I left and went to the beach and returned at 6 PM. When I checked into my room, there was a terrible odor in the room as I was in the bottom of the toilet and smelled, that smell the front desk staff told me that they would send the maintenance man up though I could not bear to stay in this room. I asked to be switched to a different room. The room that was offered the AC in my room didn’t work. I called to complain to the front desk. I told them I was going to dinner and would return and that they were able to enter the room while I was away. I returned after dinner at 10 PM to find my room was still very hot and when I went to the front desk, she mentioned the maintenance man was no longer on site for the evening. She offered a fan of room since the hotel was fully booked. I advised to book me a room in the neighboring hotel, Calipolis, hoping this nearby hotel would have a room available with working air condition. This nearby hotel did have a room and I was able to spend the night here. I returned the next morning to Mim and asked for a voucher for breakfast for the inconvenience. I received free breakfast though never received an apology and the front desk. Staff gave me attitude when I requested a different room. I have never stayed in a hotel, the front desk the air condition in the guest room. I have also never stayed in a hotel room that had such a odor, forcing me out of the room. I would like to be compensated for at least one night that I had to stay in another hotel because the lack of facilities in your hotel. This hotel is in desperate need of renovations inside the guest rooms. I will happily stay elsewhere when visiting Sitges in the future, I would appreciate a follow up email or phone call with a complete refund for my stay. The website for the hotel made me think I was staying in a five star hotel and when I arrived and viewed the rooms, I was deeply disappointed.

Our favourite hotel in Sitges, stayed there many times. Great roof top terrace with food, bar and pool. But the whole Titel could do with freshening up badly.

This hotel is in a great central location, the highlight is the stunning views from the pool and roof terrace. Breakfast was also excellent, with loads of choice and beautiful veranda to sit out on. The rooms are great, with excellent facilities, including iron and fridge, and fantastic showers. The service of all the staff was also excellent, from serving staff to reception all great. Only criticism would be the WiFi didn’t seem to work on our phones, the rooms are a little warn in places with no usb points, and the pool only has 6 sun beds, there was almost fights over who’s turn was next on them when someone left. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend.

Great views - terrible food!I just had the worst lunch in Sitges, and when we kindly pointed out what was wrong with the dishes (baked potatos lying in water fromthe defrosted fish, burger with watery lettuce and no ketch up or any sauce) no one seemed to care.Have a drink, enjoy the view but don’t even bother with the food.

Brilliant location, food fantastic, drinks were decent enough. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's not the cheapest place but it's beautiful. The rooms are nice however the superior room which comes with a "balcony" isn't actually a proper balcony. It opens but you can't step outside on it. There are no full length mirrors in the room either, Which is quite disappointing, since we were there getting ready for a wedding. The hotel is not air conditioned, which would have been so much better. The rooms however, did have air conditioning. Thank goodness.

A beautiful location and very nice team who welcome you. Unfortunately, the hotel is in a poor state, we ask to change our room as we smelt cigarette everywhere in the corridor of the 2nd floor. The second room on the 5th floor was a bit better but obviously nobody is taking car of the state of the room, seems very dirty. Good for 1 night but not perceived as 4* hotel

Staff were courteous and professional. The mark of a good service provider is to not quibble over a customer's frustrations with the service provided (so long as they are genuine). Hotel MiM acknowledged and rectified the issue I had (having spent my first night in a room with no AC) and upgraded me for the rest of my stay.Location wise it's a minutes walk to the Beach and leisurely 10 minute walk into the main town. So you'll have great access to amenities but be staying in a more relaxed / quieter part of Sitges.Didn't get to try the rooftop bar food but drinks were good. Regarding water in the room, I do think a complimentary bottle should be provided everyday, not just the first day.The rooftop pool unfortunately does only have 6 loungers. I'd remove some of the surrounding tables to make room for more. Views of the beach and town from here are stunning. The gym was well equipped for a hotel. The spa facilities were excellent and included a cold plunge pool, a relaxed pool for hanging out in, a larger pool for swimming, a steam room and dry sauna. If you book your stay directly via the hotel website, you'll get 1 hour complimentary access every day.The overall price for the hotel is on the higher side. The rooms, though spacious and in good condition, could do with a facelift. I've stayed in cheaper Hitlons and Crowne Plazas, though I acknowledge I was paying a premium for my stay in a central location during Sitges Pride.Overall I whole-heartedly recommend MiM to anyone wanting to stay in Sitges.

This hotel is not worth even 3 stars. Everything is worn off and run down. Don’t pay more than €150 for these rooms, since there are much better options available, but a bit further out.Superfriendly lady at the check in.Room looks dated, worn off and furniture is tired. Upon checking the AC had fungus(mold) around it and drops of water. The drawer of the old fashioned bed cabinets kept coming out. An outlet was broken and a piece was left on the ground. The design room was probably a design from the nineties. The tiny swimming pool on the roof had unclear water and only 6 beds for the entire hotel. Also this pool area and restaurant are screaming for proper upgrading.I would not write this here if the room would have been less expensive. But this is just a disappointment.Update 1: mold has been removed during the stay.Update 2: gym stinks because of old AC/humidity. Several machines broken. 3 ceiling lights broken. Some of the gym materials are not present as shown on the picture in the reception upon check in. Weights only reach until 10kg.Update 3: AC in the room stopped working, not controllable in terms of speed of fans. Mechanic trying to fix it. UPDATE: fixedUpdate 4: no water to flush the toilet. Water pressure on tap OK: fixed, a lot of air in water pipes, noisy refill.Would prefer to cancel the rest of my stay and get the money back 🥴. This is not holiday.

This is our second visit here, arriving the date of this post. Our initial impressions upon coming back now 1.5 years later is that they are now maintaining things poorly and cost cutting. The room is a bit tired. Our bedside tables are full of water spots. It’s winter so the pool is closed. We booked our room through our credit card to use points, so we are not allowed to visit the spa without paying 18€ per visit. This is a poor practice, particularly in winter when the rooftop pool is closed. And, they give you two free coffee pods for your stay and tell you to refer to the room bar menu for prices. We will not stay here again. This is no longer a 4- star hotel. Even worse, this time we brought friends who booked additional rooms here, next time we’ll bring our friends elsewhere too. What a useless response from management. It was our third and final stay there. We are staying elsewhere in June and the additional three rooms booked for friends are going elsewhere as well. Being “nickeled and dimed” with “supplemental” charges is unacceptable, particularly for coffee on a five night stay. The spa is also unacceptable, if nothing else give one visit. Just clueless management that is trying to be cheap, which has backfired. Hopefully others read this and choose better accommodations in the city.

This was our third time staying at the hotel and we booked directly - but it seems that loyalty doesn't necessarily make any difference in this poorly maintained hotel.Rooms are tired and in desperate need of modernisation. The glass panels in the bathrooms had cracks, the curtains are old and dusty and don't block the light, and the furniture in general is tatty. (I was surprised though when the maid was cleaning the room next door and had the door open - that room seemed to have been recently modernised and the furnishings looked a lot better than in the one we were allocated.)The air-conditioning also doesn't work. We repeatedly complained about the stuffiness of our room at reception (as did others while we were there). The receptionist went to press some buttons on a panel in the corner at her desk to "fix" the issue. But nothing changed and we woke up sweating, despite us setting it to 16 degrees celcius every night. We gave up complaining in the end, as it was clear they had no interest in fixing the problem. Maybe it's an attempt by the hotel to save electricity costs.Overall, the hotel desperately needs investment. The response from management to previous comments indicates this is planned - but the question is, when? We've never seen any updates to the rooms we've been allocated in the years we've stayed there, so I wouldn't hold my breath for anything being fixed in the immediate future. It's a shame, as this has the potential to be a standout hotel given its location and rooftop pool.

First time guest. Thorough review ahead.Would love nothing more than to give this property a solid All-5-Star review, but I simply cannot because of the appalling physical condition of some very visible interior spaces. My rating of these areas is reflected in my 2-star rating for the room, because there was no other better option for rating these spaces. But first I want to focus on the 4- and 5-star qualities of this hotel. Number One — the front desk staff. 5+ stars. Everyone we dealt with was warmly welcoming, genuinely friendly, very knowledgeable and proactively helpful with suggestions, advice, special arrangements and bookings. They truly do provide concierge-level service. I hope the management and ownership group appreciate key players like Leo, Alex and the beautiful young lady with the longer hair (whose name I unforgivably can’t recall at the moment, ugh.) 4 stars for the spa facility. Clean. Modern. Friendly attendants. My only disappointment was the massage I received. There were only three types offered on the menu, Relaxation, Deep Tissue and Sportive. Wanted a decent firm-pressured Swedish-type massage. True DT & “Sports” massage leave me feeling sore afterwards. So a Relaxation massage it was. I told my masseur I wanted firm pressure and stretching. He provided anything but. His strongest touch was unacceptably light. One of the least satisfying massages I’ve had to date. So disappointing. 4 stars on our junior suite with a lovely sea view on a mid-level floor. Clean, well appointed, intuitive, spacious. Sizable shower stall with great water pressure and easily regulated water temps. All good things. Some of the one-off misses include: Absence of a cork screw (not even available upon request.) Morning coffeemaker products were not included in price of the suite. Honor bar up-charge on everything. Conversations in hallways, doors shutting, housekeeping cleaning nearby rooms, all louder than we would’ve wished. As also was exterior street noise, especially motorcycles. And I know the property has had its difficulties with the local council about the whole balcony thing, but come on, turning them into large landscape planters and then ignoring them until they’re just loads of dead vegetation and dirt… what the??3 stars for the rooftop which hosts the Sky Bar and the pool deck. Service at the Sky Bar (even when not busy) was not particularly friendly, underwhelming, and less than attentive. What a contrast to the front desk team. As for the pool deck area, please upgrade those loungers. First off, you need to provide more than six loungers for a property this size. Especially when one of the chairs was just a metal frame with no topper and therefore unusable. Another had splintered, broken wooden slats — uncomfortable and potentially unsafe. Get rid of the two or three bar tables closest to the pool and replace with seating more suited to sunning. Speaking of the bar tables, please consider replacing those bar stools throughout with a more comfortable option that provides a slightly higher back for lumbar support. On to the Lobby. 4.5 Stars. Lovely, clean, spacious, plenty of comfortable seating. But please turn the AC on, or install some fans. It sits atop a spa that generates nothing but humidity and heat. The lobby always felt sticky and hot. Oddly, the emergency staircase off the lobby was decorated like a beautiful Roman bath. From the lower level spa to the rooftop, a spiral of gleaming white marble stairs with upscale spindle and rails, and local art and sculpture tastefully adorning its crisp white walls and corner niches. If only this attention to design, decor and detail were carried throughout the property. Ok, let’s talk about the condition of the public areas leading to the rooms. We would loved to have shown our accommodations to friends staying at a couple of nearby hotels, but these areas were so rough, it would have been an embarrassment. See photos. Messi and MiM, you’re the ones who should be embarrassed. Invest the capital. Do the work, man. Your brands will thank you.

This hotel sucks- we picked it because it has a sauna, but when checking in were told you have to pay an additional 32 euros per person to use it, even though it’s listed as a hotel facility with no mention of additional fees at booking. You get a discount to 18 euros per person if you are a hotel guest - but you have to pay extra again to use a swimming hat if you want to use the pool. The ‘spa circuit’ is literally a sauna, steam and pool - pretty standard hotel facilities. We only picked this place because it had a sauna as the hotel itself is old and shabby. With a 20 euro parking charge and 36 euros for both of us to use the sauna this place is a lot more expensive than other options that are fresher, more modern and have better views. The room itself is dated, has chipped plaster board, smells musty and has definitely not been a 4 star in the last decade! Not sure when they got their star rating but can’t imagine it was post Britney Spears shaving her head in 2007. The whole hotel smells mouldy and damp. The fridge in our room didn’t work. The rooftop bar was closed. Thank god we were only there one night. When we checked out my husband went to get the car from the car elevator and we were told not to take the bags to keep it as light as possible. The front desk staff then smiled as he watched me struggle with my case and my husbands large check in bag at 6am. Super weird hotel- don’t book it - over priced con artists with shabby rooms and unhelpful staff.

To celebrate my birthday with 12 friends I ask the manager Llius to make a menu for our group. and to welcome our group with 4 cans of sangria. He replied in his mail that we were only 12 so we could order a la carte. The most dreadful service. The main course of 2 of my guests came 1,5 hours after the first main course.I had to call waiters to order drinks, even though we asked not to have empty glasses. My main course, pulpo, was a few peaces of pulpo for almost 30 euros. What could have been a great dinner, was a horrible experience in Mim's rooftop bar.@Llius, next time don't be so lazy to just make a menu for a group of 12. We spend a lot at you establishment.

There is a disgusting smell around the hotel, and in the room it came up from the shower drain. In the day it was okay but I accidentally opened the shower one morning and threw up from the smell. My friend read about this problem on TripAdvisor, so apparently this is a general problem with the hotel. So if you are very odour sensitive, this hotel is not for you. The smell came all the way to the reception some days. Otherwise the hotel was great - breakfast superb and staff very helpful and friendly.

Stayed here as it was near the beach and it was only an 8 minute walk to the central part of Sitges. Love the fact that it was less than a minute to the beach and had a back alley pathway that took 8-11 minutes to the central shopping area. Loads of food and drinks about the hotel.Enjoyed the drinks at the roof top bar, The Sky Bar. The view is amazing and very picturesque. I had a botella of Rosè, sat and watched the view. The rooms are ‘very used’ and would need an upgrade and upkeep but if you are in Sitges and just stayed in your room, then you’ll need a therapist.Walking around Sitges is amazing and necessary. The Hotel is affordable and has great service.

Our favorite and go to in Sitges. The MiM is modern, wonderful location to everything Sitges and the beds, linens, towels and facilities are perfect. Housekeeping staff is extremely friendly, always a hello and a smile and quick to provide you with what you need.
