Nobody requested this but I wanted to do it so… yeah. I'm gonna write for domestic bakugo because I want to grow my bakugo fics once more so stay tuned for that. Requests are open so please don't be shy to request anything! Let's get started! Kita wasn't your ordinary prince. He wasn't a spoiled brat or a tyrant. He was the kindest person in the kingdom. He treated everyone with civility and respect. His maids and butlers were treated with breaks and even assistance from the prince himself. The townsfolk knew him as a person who gave back to the poor and always donated to the needy whenever he was in town. He would throw parties that allowed people from all classes to get along together. And If someone was belittling the lower classes, then they would be very sorry once they feel the coldness of the prince. It was one of those days where Kita decided to throw a ball, everyone from all classes was invited. The maids went about to tidy up the ballroom before the big event. To no one's surprise, the prince changed into one o his old dress shirts then went to work, helping the maids with scrubbing the floor clean until shined. "Prince kita, why don't you rest and just get ready for the ball?" one of the maids asked. Kita looked at her, a soft smile on his face. He placed his rag in the bucket to let it soak as he took the girl's rough and callous hands. "all the callouses on your hands are from your hard work. It's not fair if I watch you do all that hard work for me. Callouses make me stronger." he said poetically, going back to the bucket to pick up his rag. Needless to say, the maid was beet red and almost couldn't get any more work done. Night came. Lights in the castle glowed and bounced off the intricate walls and dome-like ceiling. The painted cherubs on the ceiling were getting reflected on the surface of the polished marble floor. The guests were starting to arrive in their lavish dresses and tuxes perfect for the occasion. Kita stood there in his navy blue tailcoat, looking over everyone who arrived. He spotted a familiar face in the crowd. He spotted you, a beautiful and kind princess. The head butler stood beside the prince, whispering something into his ear. "the royal dance will commence. Please feel free to dance with the prince and the lucky person of the night." the butler stated, walking off the podium to let the guests choose a partner to dance with. The prince does the same, going down the podium to walk over to you, offering his hand out with a bow. "may I have this dance?" he asked, looking up with the same charming and kind smile he has. You smiled, curtsying then taking his callous hand in yours. "I would love to." As you danced around the room, you couldn't help but stare at the reflected paintings and lights on the floor. The floor looked like it was a star that shined so brightly. "you like it?" Kita asked about the floor. You squeezed his hand, grinning at him. He grinned back, spinning you In his arms before going back to a waltz position. "it looks so pretty," you said. It didn’t look like you were about the floor though. You stared at his face In awe. He looked so… pretty if that was the right word to describe him. "I'm glad you like it. The maids and I worked hard on it," he said. Now, it wasn't all that surprising that he would do such a thing. You were surprised by how proud he sounded. How proud he was to help people. "so those callouses aren't for nothing." you joked, squeezing his hand once more. He chuckled at the gesture before pulling you closer. "my callouses are made out of hard work," he answered, his grin glowed brightly as the floor did. That happy and proud smile made you smile too.
