I’m new to the area and needed to find a har salon to take out my braids. Using the Googler, I came across Francin’s. The location is not far from where I’m staying so I called to inquire about pricing and was told $60.00 which is really expensive. From past experience, I’ve never paid more than $40 to get the same service. I promptly declined and tried to call around to find another salon to do my hair.

I had feed in cornrows put in. The hair they provide is $5 a pack. I would have brought my own but they seem to have a lot of colors. My braider didnt use ablot of hair which I appreciate and asked me throughout the process if I was comfortable, liked the style and if there needed to be any changes before completing the service.

Critical:Professionalism,Quality,ValueI just got my hair done yesterday September 25th 2020 For my birthday and I walked out not even looking at my hair because for 1 I was in a hurry and 2 I’ve been coming to this shop since I was a little girl and my mom was taking me and I would think my hair would look good after coming to them for 10 years years so I get home And I look at my hair I think okay maybe just wait to the morning and the hair will lay down on its own. I wake up my hair is all crinkled and it looks like my 15 year old little cousin practiced on my hair. My husband knew that u was very upset so he called but I told him not to because once u mess over my money you won’t ever get my business again but anyways my husband call the owner and she was very uncaring knowing that I’ve been coming to her since I was a little girl I also felt very uncomfortable afterwards because knowing that I’ve been coming there for years a lady ran after me thinking that I wasn’t going to come back to pay when I needed my phone to pay and my phone was dead so she follows me to my car and then says I thought you weren’t going to pay because another girl did the same thing but she didn’t come back?………. I’m not the other girl I’ve been coming to you for 10 years lol so that made me feel very uncomfortable so I will not be coming back and oh and let me not forget that I came in there with a Specific hairstyle and they decided that they think that another hairstyle would look nice on me when I clearly said IF YOU CANT DO THE HAIRSTYLE I WILL Pay FOR MY HAIR WASH AND GO TO SOMEONE WHO CAN DO THE HAIR STYLE. And Then a hour pass and they say we can’t do the hairstyle because your hair is too short well okay you knew that when you blow dried my hair and my hair definitely wasn’t to short for the style because I know other people that can do that hair style on my hair I was just being lazy that day and didn’t want to go all the way to Springfield with that being said I know have to go to Springfield and that’s fine because at least I know I will get my moneys worth and also they braid way to tight for my liking and I wouldn’t want my daughter dealing with that either my other hairstylist doesn’t braid tight at all I can’t even feel it after walking out and it’s neat and they last for months so I’m not sure what excuse they can come up for this but just don’t go here if you want to waste your money and time cuz that’s exactly what I did on my birthday! I REALLY HOPE THAT 183 dollars was worth it then a 10 year customer AND I have a daughter now y’all are going to miss out on THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!!!
